Support Us

Newham Music Trust is a registered charity and a non-profit organisation. We heavily depend on, and highly value, any monetary support, which will help us to continue to provide high a quality music service to many young people, who may not be able to afford music tuition or therapy - this can only continue through external funding from individuals, companies and grant-giving organisations.

Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR)

Note to company employees, employed by a corporately responsible company

You can ask your employer if your company already supports a charity/s through their CSR programme. There may be a community involvement scheme in place. If you are interested in helping the Trust please do direct your Corporate Responsibility Manager to this webpage (www.newham-music.org.uk/?view=fundraising) and we could be considered within your company's future agenda. Read on for information on how your company can help...

CSR - Company Sponsorship and Newham Music Trust

The support of business sponsorship has always been paramount in enabling the delivery of NMT's services to continue. We have previously worked with organisations that have taken pleasure in being involved in our community programmes and collaborated with us in hosting concerts and events. This has enabled more people to become more aware of the work of the Trust and helped to raise the profile of the companies, all of whom have experienced benefits from such a collaboration.

Newham Academy of Music is already well established in the Borough, and many in the community recognise the wonderful effects that our service has had on the students and anyone that participates with us. Through affiliation with the Trust, we ensure that our sponsor's name will be identified with the reputable work that we continue to initiate.

We can help our sponsors through various methods, for example, free advertising, a special concert in a company's honour and team bonding days. We have created varying levels of sponsorship packages designed for companies who might wish to consider donating to the Trust through a corporate responsibility agenda. Some examples of the packages we offer are can be found in the Fundraising Download section of this page (for more details click here).

Please see the Newham Music Trust Sponsorship Opportunities Brochure for more details on the work of the Trust, and our Sponsorship options. A downloadable word version of our sponsorship application form can be found here.

Should you wish to discuss any of the information enclosed in the brochure, organise a meeting or even like to make an appointment to visit the Academy and witness the work we do, please do not hesitate to contact Alison Brewerton. It may be possible to adapt a package to suit your requirements, so please also contact Alison to discuss this.
