    We are looking for teachers who can offer:

    For individual or small group teaching:
    • A high level of musical expertise - to degree or performance diploma standard.
    • Understanding of teaching methods.
    • Knowledge of the curriculum for your area of expertise.
    For wider opps and curriculum teaching
    • Knowledge and or experience of class teaching.
    • Knowledge of the national curriculum for music.
    • Understanding of the wider issues facing schools.
    • A good standard of musicianship and instrumental skills.

    We are also interested in teachers and musicians with specific skills such as music IT and non western music.

    We will keep all applicants details on file and will call shortlisted candidates for interview when vacancies occur in schools. We will also from time to time conduct interviews with candidates that we believe may be offered work in schools in the future. All successful candidates are placed on a panel of teachers which we make available to schools.
