YOUTH PROGRAMME

Southbank Centre is a buzzing creative festival site and runs a year-round youth programme. Whether you are interested in trying a new creative course, expanding an artistic passion or a career in the arts, we have a range of inspiring opportunities that arts enthusiasts aged 15 to 25 can get involved in.

YOUTH AMBASSADORS
Youth Ambassadors are a diverse and talented group of 16 to 25-year-olds working closely with our programming team to create festivals and events and advise on the youth programme here at Southbank Centre. Find out more here.

FESTIVAL MAKERS
Festival Makers are a series of bespoke projects that put young participants, aged 15 to 25, in the driving seat of festival-making here at Southbank Centre. Click here for more information and opportunities coming.

YOUNG ARTISTS IN RESIDENCE
The Southbank Centre is launching a new programme for Young Artists in Residence soon. Check back here soon for information as it becomes available.

APPRENTICESHIPS
Southbank Centre offered five apprenticeships in spring 2015, working with a wide range of our teams such as education, digital, and artistic administration.

ARTS AWARD
Arts Award is a range of unique qualifications which can help you develop your creative and leadership skills. Arts Award is open to anyone aged up to 25, and has been designed to celebrate artistic achievements and develop specialist knowledge, creativity, leadership and communication skills. Southbank Centre can support children and young people doing Arts Award in many different ways. Find out more here.
