If you’re worried about something, talk to an adult that you trust as soon as possible.

This could be:

  • Someone in your family, like your mum, dad or carer
  • Someone at school, like a teacher
  • Your doctor.

Newham Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)

Referrals to CAMHS can be made by contacting your GP or a teacher who can make a referral on your behalf if you are over 16 or with the consent of an adult you trust.
